Random Team Generator
Split a list of people into random, balanced teams in one click.
Teams differ in size by at most one person. Your list never leaves your browser.
About this tool
Paste the names of everyone taking part and choose either the number of teams or the number of people per team. The generator shuffles the list and deals people out evenly, so team sizes never differ by more than one.
