1. What we store

Pimithi uses two kinds of storage on your device:

• Essential: a single local storage entry that remembers your cookie choice. Without it we couldn’t respect your decision. It is always on and contains no personal data.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) and Microsoft Clarity cookies (such as _clck and _clsk), set only if you accept analytics. They let these services tell returning visitors apart so we can see overall usage.

2. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymous usage insights. Until you choose — and if you reject — analytics storage stays denied and neither service is loaded. Advertising storage is always denied: Pimithi does not use advertising.

When analytics is on, we record only which pages are viewed. We never send search queries, tool inputs, generated values (such as passwords), page titles or personal information.

3. Purpose

Analytics shows us which tools people find useful, so we know what to improve and what to build next. That is the only purpose — no profiling, no ads and no selling of data.

4. Consent

On your first visit you see a banner with two equal choices: “Accept analytics” or “Reject non-essential”. Nothing optional runs until you decide, and your choice is stored on your device so the banner doesn’t come back.

5. Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: click “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of any page, switch Analytics off and save. Analytics stops immediately. You can also clear your browser’s cookies and site data to remove any analytics cookies already set.
