About this tool

Get a random home workout in one click. Choose a focus — full body, upper body, lower body, core or cardio — your level and how many exercises you want, and the generator picks exercises such as squats, push-ups, planks and jumping jacks without repeats. Each exercise comes with reps or seconds, and the summary tells you how many rounds to do and how long to rest. 42 bodyweight exercises, no equipment needed beyond a chair and a stair.
