Frequently asked questions

It is open (not yes/no), easy to answer without preparation and safe for everyone in the room. Questions about experiences and preferences — a first job, a favourite trip — work better than questions about opinions, money or private life.

Pick one question and give everyone 30–60 seconds to answer. For a group of 10 that is about 5–10 minutes. Go around the room in a fixed order, and let the person leading the meeting answer first so others know how long an answer should be.

Choose “Kids and classroom” for imaginative questions about animals, superpowers, books and games. They avoid personal topics and work well for a class circle, a birthday party or a long car trip.

60 questions: 15 in each of four settings. Choose a setting to narrow the list or “All settings” to mix them. Each click draws up to 20 questions without repeats.
